Who is responsible?

Which data do we store for a booking?
When you book online or send a request for a party or group, we store:
- your name
- your mobile number
- your email address (only if you enter one)
- the number of people, the day and the start time
- the first names or nicknames of who's playing (only if you enter them, only for the scorecard)
- the language you used on the site
What do we use it for?
Only to arrange your booking or request: to reserve your start time and send you the confirmation, a reminder and a message if something changes. We send these messages by email. We only use your phone number to contact you if there is an issue with your booking or request. We also send you news and offers by email now and then, because you agreed to this when you accepted our terms and conditions (see News and offers). We don't sell your data.
Who do we share it with?
With the parties needed to make booking work: our hosting provider and the email provider. We make agreements with them to protect your data. Which parties exactly, and the data processing agreements, are still to be confirmed. With your consent also Google, Microsoft and Meta, for measuring and advertising (see Cookies).
How long do we keep it?
These are the intended periods. They are still to be confirmed.
- Booking data: made anonymous after 12 months.
- Party or group requests without follow-up: deleted after 6 months.
- Technical log files: 60 days.
Necessary cookies
- rg_lang: remembers your language (12 months)
- rg_consent: remembers your cookie choice (12 months)
- rg_sessie: the staff login in the admin area (until the session ends)
- Your browser also remembers (session storage) that you have seen the intro, until you close the tab
- rg_gast (local storage, only if you tick Remember my details on this device): your name, mobile number and email address, so you don't have to type them again next time. It stays on your device and never reaches us. Clear it with Not you? Clear or by unticking the box; after a year without use it disappears automatically (12 months)
Analytics cookies (only with consent)
- Google Analytics 4: _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID, to measure visits and use of the site (2 years)
- Microsoft Clarity: _clck (1 year) and _clsk (1 day), to see where visitors get stuck using screen recordings and heatmaps. Fields with personal data are masked, and we do not look at individual people
Marketing cookies (only with consent)
- Google Ads: _gcl_au and _gcl_aw, to measure whether an ad leads to a booking and to show you relevant ads (90 days)
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram): _fbp and _fbc, for the same purpose (90 days)
Change or withdraw your choice
Click Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to change or withdraw your choice. We then place no new cookies for the category you switch off. Cookies already placed can be removed in your browser settings. Google, Microsoft and Meta process data under their own terms and possibly outside the EU. The data we measure contains no names, email addresses or phone numbers.
Weather data
The weather forecast on this site comes from the Norwegian Meteorological Institute, MET Norway (CC BY 4.0). Our server fetches it; none of your data is sent to MET Norway.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and object to its use. Email or call us and we'll sort it out. Not happy with the outcome? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Open application (Jobs)
If you apply through “Jobs”, we keep:
- your name and mobile number
- your email address
- what you feel like doing and when you are available
- what you tell us about yourself, and a link to LinkedIn or a CV if you enter one (you do not need to upload a CV)
Why and how long do we keep an application?
Only to contact you about working at the park and to confirm that we received your application (by email). These are the intended periods. They are still to be confirmed.
- Up to 4 weeks after we have finished with your application.
- At most 1 year if you agreed to that when you sent it.
Map
The map only loads after you tap “Show the map”. Your browser then connects to OpenStreetMap, which sees your IP address among other things.
After your visit: one review request
After your visit we send you one short message asking how it was (by email). We won't send anything else about it. We keep your rating and anything you tell us with your booking and only use it to make the park better. If you click through to Google, Google's privacy policy applies there.
And for a table?
If you reserve a table at Hole 19 free of charge together with golf, we also keep your choice (drinks or cake), the arrival time, the number of people and, only if you fill it in yourself, the occasion. Everything else works as for a reservation.
News and offers
When you book or send a request, you agree to our terms and conditions. With that you also allow us to send you news and offers by email now and then. We record when you agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every news email or via [email protected].
